The origins of our flours

The organic whole wheat flour used in Fiorbì is grown in Emilia Romagna, in the Po Delta Park, by members of a farmers' cooperative.


What is wholemeal flour?

Fiorbì whole wheat flour is stone-ground, just like all flour used to be. This type of milling provides a flour that is richer in minerals, fibre and vitamins, and has lost none of the bran and vital wheat germ.
