Quality control, in full compliance with HACCP guidelines, allows us not only to protect the health of consumers, but also to ensure maximum traceability of the raw materials used in each production batch.

Quality certificationsIt was this desire to offer the highest guarantees which led us to apply for and be awarded two international certifications - UNI EN ISO 9001 for our quality system and ISO 14001 for environmental management.

What is more, Di Leo s one of the few biscuit makers in Italy - and among the first in the South - to have been awarded prestigious British BRC food certification, highly appreciated in English-speaking countries. We are proud to say that we scored full marks.
